Paul Turnbull, SK8 Networking sponsored player at Stockport County Football Club, visited the club along with the club's representative Mike Smith, Community Foundation officer. Paul was born in Stockport so he is a local lad!

At the moment Paul, a midfielder, is team captain, unfortunately they lost against Port Vale on 23rd Dec 2010 but hopefully there will be a more positive result in their next match against Northampton Town on the 4th December 2010 at 3pm.

Mike handed out a booklet ‘Stockport County Community Sports & Education Foundation’ leaflet, a self-funded, registered charity which supports many local charities and activities. He also gave more details of the work involved and an insight into the Edgeley Park Experience.

The SK8 Networking members present thanked Paul and Mike for visiting the club. They were happy to give autographs and have photos taken, which was appreciated by all present (especially Sonia for her grandson Brodie!).
